BISHOP: Joseph Hart The Diocese of Cheyenne covers the whole of Wyoming. There are 37 Parishes in Wyoming and 50 priests in Wyoming. The Cathedral of St. Mary's in Cheyenne is the Diocese Headquarters, and is a must see if you are travelling through the Cowboy State. It is located in downtown Cheyenne. The Diocese newspaper is the Wyoming Catholic Register (please see page on the Register), and is published 11 times a year. It informs Catholics in Wyoming of Diocese news, Parish news, Articles of Information (such as annulment processes), and features a kids page as well. Catholic Schools in Wyoming: Currently, the Cowboy State has 6 active Catholic schools in the State, including one Senior High School. In addition, The Diocese operates St. Joseph's Children's Home in Torrington, which also includes a Catholic School.
